NATURAL FOODS OVER PROCESSED FOODS

A healthy diet is one that comes primarily from “natural” foods such as vegetables, herbs, fruits, berries, grains, seeds and nuts. Unfortunately, there are the diets of most people in the Western world, especially “processed” foods. Typical problems with various processed foods are:

• They are infused with harmful preservatives to improve shelf life. “If a food is artificially prolonged life is not only resistant to bacteria properly, but also digested.

• Many processed foods contain vitamins and minerals, synthetic inorganic consumers that food is “enriched” compelling nutritional value. • Meat and meat products are usually large amounts of antibiotics, growth hormones and other toxic additives that have been producing “factory farms” fed to maximize. • Some foods are “exposed” to kill bacteria and promote stability in the diet, with no life and little nutritional value.

• Most foods contain processed artificial colors and flavors developed to appeal to the aesthetic and consumer tastes, but toxic to the body, in many cases.

• Processed foods are often in oil, significant amounts of polyunsaturated fats, produced what cooked foods that are damaged or destroyed cell membranes throughout the body contains.

• Many kinds of processed foods, such as “TV Dinners” and prepared in a traditional manner that is easily packaged in microwave-heated before eating. Microwave Cooking destroys enzymes and other important nutrients, so essentially “dead” food has little nutritional value. A diet that is processed to a high degree of food is sometimes called the standard American diet, or “blue” called – the name says it all!

Work to the modern practice of commercial agriculture, unfortunately, not against the production of healthy and natural foods. When plants grown lifeless and depleted soil, its natural life force is reduced. Therefore they tend to attract microbes, fungi, insects and other scavengers as part of the natural system of life and death. Chemicals in fertilization practices and protective measures used tend to find their way into the fibers of the resulting plants, fruits and other agricultural products. The emergence of “organic” agriculture is an attempt to the natural farming methods, which rely on chemicals to return. Originally, the “natural” grocery stores, the most common source of organic products. However, consumer awareness has increased, fruit and vegetables are sold in “specialty” parts of the production in most conventional supermarkets. The optimal solution for this situation is an organic garden themselves.
